Check your voter registration by April 16th. The Primary is fast approaching, and the deadline to switch political parties before the Primary is April 16th. 
- Go to vote.nj.gov to verify your registration before the deadline.  
- To verify your political party affiliation, sign up for "My Voter Record" to view your party affiliation and voting records.  Alternatively, you can contact Verona's Municipal Clerk Jennifer Kiernan or the Essex County Superintendent of Elections/Commissioner of Registration.
- To switch your party affiliation before the April 16th deadline, go to voter.svrs.nj.gov/register.  You will be able to update your voter registration with your new party affiliation.  Alternatively, you can complete a Political Party Affiliation Declaration Form and file it with Verona's Municipal Clerk or the Commissioner of Registration by April 16th.​​
